Trial reported positive results in terms of staff wellbeing
A company on the Isle of Man has decided to stick to a four-day week after a successful trial earlier this year.
No.1 Accounts, a bookkeeping company based in Peel, is reporting positive results in terms of staff wellbeing and productivity.
It comes as a number of companies in the UK have reported similar results from moving to the reduced hours.
Managing Director Kat Whittaker says the idea came following negative experiences she had when taking time off in the past, in a previous job and she didn't want the same stigma to be attached to time off for her employees.
