Paul Corkish joined the presenter pool in the mid-noughties
Broadcaster Paul Corkish will present his final weekly show on Manx Radio later today. (31 December)
The Manx presenter has been on the station's roster since 2006, which he describes as a 'complete contrast' to his day job.
Paul started off as a mobile DJ in the late 70s which led to a residency at the Metropole Hotel on Douglas Promenade.
Although today marks the end of his regular show, he will remain at the station on a more ad hoc basis, covering bank holidays and creating special programmes.
Throughout his Manx Radio tenure he has presented Double Gold, Triple Gold and That Sunday Sound.
His final 'That Sunday Sound' is scheduled to begin from 1pm.
