Dr Andole left last month, while Paul Moore will return to the UK next month
Manx Care's executive medical director has left the organisation.
The healthcare provider's latest board papers confirm Dr Sreeman Andole departed on 30 June.
Since March last year, Dr Andole has been on secondment in the UK, with Dr Marina Hudson appointed as interim medical director in his absence.
She has now taken over as Manx Care's suitable person for General Medical Council revalidations.
Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director of Nursing and Governance Paul Moore will leave the organisation next month.
Manx Care says he'll be returning to work in England after 3 years in the role.
Sheila Lloyd has been appointed as Interim Director of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals, joining Manx Care later this month
Recruitment for both roles will take place in August.
