The U-246 sank in 1945
A group of divers is set to place a memorial plaque at the wreckage of a German U-boat.
The U-246 sank off the southwest coast of the Isle of Man in 1945 .
Adrian Corkhill, a local shipwreck researcher, told Manx Radio he was contacted by Josef Schroer whose great uncle, Johannes Huls, was on-board the ship:
