Consultation seeks public views on proposals
It's crucial new mental capacity laws, expected to come into force next year, are suitable for the Island.
That's the message from the health minister, as a public consultation on the government's capacity policy is launched.
The consultation is open until 2 October, with full details available on the government's consultation hub.
The proposals aim to safeguard those unable to make decisions about their own health, welfare and finances, and are due to go before the House of Keys early in 2021.
