
Michael MHK Alf Cannan says he hopes to find out more about proposed wind turbines at Jurby today (SAT).
Prowind UK Ltd wants to build five turbines to power a factory building the units, and is hosting an information session today to give more details.
Mr Cannan says he’s worried about the height of the turbines, and has planned a public meeting next Tuesday to discuss the issue.
He says granting permission for an onshore wind farm could create difficulties in the future:
