An Onchan MHK believes structural changes are needed at Manx Care to secure the future of the Island's health service.
Julie Edge says reforming healthcare should be a priority for Alfred Cannan adding we need action now.
However, she told Manx Radio conversations shouldn't only revolve around the hospital services but also at a primary level like being able to secure a GP or dentist appointment.
Ms Edge added the right people need to be sitting at the top of the board and making decisions for Manx residents:
