Julie Edge has been trying to find out how many public servants have retired under the Mutually Agreed Resignation Scheme (MARS) and returned to office.
Mrs Edge believes people taking pensions under MARS could be returning to office as sub-contractors before the agreed two-year absence is up.
She asked the Policy and Reform Minister to answer the question on November 22, and requested a breakdown by department on December 6.
And, insists the answers don't add up to reform, or provide faith in new thinkers:
