An MHK has criticised the Treasury Minister for 'playing hardball' in this year's budget.
Ramsey member Lawrie Hooper says it's unrealistic to restrain funding but still expect a high level of public services.
Yesterday Alf Cannan outlined his fiscal blueprint for the year ahead, including below inflationary increases to some benefits.
Mr Hooper is concerned there's inadequate support for services like the NHS and the Constabulary:
