Moorhouse wants DOI to implement adjustments
A member of the House of Keys wants a change to the income threshold for social housing.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew member, Jason Moorhouse, has tabled a Tynwald motion asking the court to support the view that a childless couple who both work full-time and earn the living wage, should qualify for social housing.
He wants the Department of Infrastructure to be required to report to the February Tynwald with a view to implementing the adjustments.
