Tynwald Select Committees should be more transparent on details of matters they're investigating.
That's the belief of a Ramsey MHK as Tynwald discussed wider information sharing within government during the court's October sitting.
Panels do hold public hearings and Lawrie Hooper thinks they play an important role in holding issues to account.
He told Manx Radio the Isle of Man could look to other jurisdictions to improve the process:
