Bill for October Tynwald will see citizens need to 'opt out'
Manx residents will soon consent to being organ donors by default, unless they 'opt out', if an MHK gets his way.
Garff member Martyn Perkins has been trying to change the law for most of this administration, but his bill has been delayed in favour of things like Brexit and Covid-19.
As organ donation week comes to a close, Mr Perkins told Manx Radio he's confident it'll start making progress once Tynwald returns from its summer break:
