Watterson warns of 'optimism bias'
An MHK says he expects the cost of a windfarm in the south of the Island to rise above predictions.
Juan Watterson appeared on Manx Radio's Mannin Line alongside fellow Rushen MHK Dr Michelle Haywood this lunchtime - the meeting held at Rushen Primary School last night became a big talking point.
As the Chair of the Public Accounts Committee, Mr Watterson says they're acutely aware of 'optimism bias' in 'big, complicated projects' - though admitted the wind farm plans would be 'less complicated'.
