Altostratus hoping to build casino in Douglas
The company behind proposals for a £30 million development in the heart of Douglas have submitted detailed plans for consideration.
Isle of Man company, Altostratus, is seeking consent to regenerate the Middlemarch site, opposite the bus station.
The application submitted is for a mixed-Use development incorporating a casino, offices, 25 residential apartments and car parking. The site is bounded by Victoria Street, Lord Street and Walpole Avenue.
