Comments follow an instore incident over sale of alcohol
Co-op's regional manager's issued a stark warning that mistreatment, or abuse, of retail staff on the Isle of Man is ‘unacceptable’.
Andy Corrie has spoken to Manx Radio after an incident in one store whereby staff refused the sale of alcohol to a person they believed to be drunk.
He says customers’ behaviour is generally good – and considerably better than in many areas of the UK:
