Cost of parking at Lord Street site recently rose by 20%
An MLC believes a 20% increase to parking charges at a Douglas car park isn't fair to motorists.
The Department of Infrastructure recently put the price for a four-hour stay at the Lord Street bus station car park up from £2.50 to £3.
It's the first time the fees for the site have been adjusted since 2014, and the DoI insists the move is in line with inflation over the last five years.
