CEO says it's fully-compliant with regulations
All safety guidelines have been met when it comes to installing a new mobile phone antenna in Douglas, according to telecoms firm Sure.
A planning application has been submitted to put up a device in the Governor's Hill area.
If successful, the company says it would significantly improve mobile signal and internet coverage in the area.
CEO Mike Phillips insists it has complied fully with rules and regulations:
