The Mountain Road is currently closed between the Ramsey Hairpin and the Creg-Ny-Baa.
It's due to a fuel spill on the route.
The Department of Infrastructure is on site facilitating a sweeping of the area.
It will remain shut until 1pm today (4 November).
Pedestrian and emergency access will be maintained throughout the period of the closure.
