Firm behind 'major' £4 billion plans expected to hold a number of public meetings

The world's largest offshore renewable energy developer could have a wind farm up and running in Manx waters by the early 2030s.

Ørsted will discuss its £4 billion proposals at a series of public meetings later this month.

The Isle of Man would lease the seabed - off the coast of Maughold Head - for the 'major' project.

A planning application for consent is expected to be submitted to government in early 2025.
