Union says staff have suffered an erosion of pay over several years
Members of the Island's largest teaching union will consider escalating to strike action before the end of the current academic year.
The NASUWT recently rejected a revised pay offer from the Department of Education, Sport and Culture, and will now ask members to consider further industrial action.
The union says below inflation pay rises and increased workloads have led to an erosion in pay for teaching staff.
