Outreach to those with learning disabilities
A new source of company and activities will be on offer to elderly Island residents with a learning disability in the new year.
Mental health charity Praxis Care is to launch a day service, aiming to offer users a wider, more personalised choice than before.
The charity which already runs a number of social care services, is set to expand in the Isle of Man, with the arrival of a new assistant director.
Julie Ormond will oversee bids for further social care contracts, and head-up the new offer:
