Chief Minister explains changes to lockdown measures
The first set of changes to the current coronavirus restrictions began today, with many in the construction and trade industries being allowed to return to work.
Those stuck at home will also be permitted to leave the house for more than just a single brief period of daily exercise, although government stress social distancing measures must continue to be enforced.
