Jon Joughin takes his seat in Keys
The Island's newest MHK has been sworn in to the House of Keys.
Jon Joughin won last week's Douglas East by-election which took place after long time member Brenda Cannell stood down earlier this year.
He was welcomed to the House by Deputy Speaker of the House of Keys Leonard Singer, Speaker Rodan being off-island for a meeting of the British Irish Parliamentary Assembly.
In welcoming Mr Joughin, Mr Singer paid tribute to Mrs Cannell
