Paper-based systems being phased out
£1.5 million spent updating the Isle of Man Constabulary's computer system forms part of measures to cut red tape - according to government's IT boss.
Mark Lewin says it'll now be rolled out across the Island's public services as part of the 'Digital Strategy' - which aims to slash bureaucracy and provide efficiencies.
