New Dandara development given go-ahead as part of Auldyn Meadow
Thirty three-bed homes are to be built in the north of the Island, after a new development has been given the go-ahead.
Auldyn Meadow is to be expanded in Ramsey.
Building company Dandara is set to start work soon on 30 three-bedroom houses.
It's after the first phase of the development, consisting of two- and three-bed bungalows, sold out.
The organisation says the extra housing will meet local demand for family homes.
It says it should be completed in time for people to move in by next summer.
It's near Gardener's Lane, just off Lezayre Road in the town, and show homes of the kinds of houses being built will be available to view at Oak Park in Peel.
Prices for the properties are set to start from £239,950.
