Sunken Gardens in need of repair after storm damage
Work to rebuild the damaged Sunken Gardens on Douglas Promenade 'realistically' won’t be completed before TT.
That’s the admission from the leader of Douglas Borough Council after criticism was levelled at the state the promenade has been left in – in part due to extensive storm damage last year.
Claire Wells says she’s aware of the issues which have built up through the pandemic.
