MHK questions how ministers know they aren't making conflicting decisions
No consideration has been given to creating a central log of decisions taken by government ministers.
Chief Minister Alfred Cannan confirmed there are no plans to introduce a single record of decisions made by ministers following a question from Douglas North MHK David Ashford at this month's sitting of Tynwald.
Mr Ashford, who previously asked for a report on all ministerial decisions taken over a 12-month period, questioned what assurances were in place to ensure ministers aren't taking conflicting decisions.
But Mr Cannan doesn't think a centralised database would help:
