Doctors attending education session
Doctors' appointments will be unavailable this afternoon (16 September) due to an education session.
There'll be no routine slots between 1pm and 6pm.
Anyone who needs to see a doctor urgently is asked to ring their surgery and speak to the on-call GP.
Practices will remain open for patients to collect test results, book future appointments and order repeat prescriptions as normal.
During the same time, staff at three practices are undergoing afternoon training sessions.
Those are Snaefell Surgery, in Anagh Coar, Palatine Group Practice, in Douglas, and Castletown Medical Centre.
