That’s the message from Public Health Director Dr Parameswaran Kishore over the Winter Vomiting Virus.
Although cases have dropped off in recent weeks, he says it’s still important to follow hygiene precautions if you’re suffering.
And he says those with the illness should stay at home for fear of spreading it throughout doctors’ surgeries – or even the hospital:
