Not safe to open pools while work is ongoing, says DESC
The NSC swimming pool will be closed until the weekend due to ongoing work on the leisure pool.
A post on the facility's Facebook page says disruption and fumes from work to complete the leisure pool and flumes means it's unsafe for the pool side of the building to be open this week.
Customer with swim memberships and those booked into aqua classes will be contacted to arrange transfers or a refund.
