
HMV's announcement about refunds for Isle of Man Bay Festival ticket holders seems to be bringing to a close a difficult time for those waiting for their money.
That's according to chief officer of the Office of Fair Trading Paul Gelling, who is welcoming the news.
The festival was cancelled in mid-May, meaning those who haven't yet got their money back have been waiting for three and a half months.
Mr Gelling has the following advice for people who still haven't heard anything from HMV by the September 13 deadline announced by the company:
