Section to shut during off-peak times
A section of Old Castletown Road in Braddan will be closed to traffic and pedestrians next week to allow for road stud installation.
The Department of Infrastructure says the closure will take place in phases, between the junctions with the A6 Kewaigue Road and the A5 Douglas to Castletown Road.
It will be in effect daily from 9.30am to 3.30pm, beginning Monday 23 June and continuing until Friday 27 June.
An alternative route will be signposted via the A5 Main Road and Oatlands Road.
Emergency vehicles and authorised personnel will be exempt from the restrictions.
Residents with queries are advised to contact 828 827.
