DOI Officers called to assess roadway
The Department of Infrastructure says its officers have visited and assessed the roadway on Old Laxey Hill and say it's safe to use.
Garff Commissioners and the Emergency Services requested the site be checked, after concerns were raised for the route due to a landslide down a nearby cliff.
It occurred on the far end of Laxey Promenade, and two properties on Old Laxey Hill have been evacuated.
