
Onchan MHK Zak Hall says he feels his chosen stance on a number of issues might make it difficult for him to accept a role back in government.
The member is now the only MHK outside government, after a number of appointments announced last week. They included Peter Karran accepting a position in Home Affairs.
Mr Hall says he was offered a role by the Chief Minister, Allan Bell but wont say what that role was:
