Public to view charity-funded facility
The Manx public is being invited to see inside the Island's new breast care unit at Noble's hospital next month.
The facility will throw open the doors for tours on Thursday 7 April from 4.30pm - 7pm.
The Manx Breast Cancer Support Group which raised more than £1.5 million to build and equip the unit, says it's an opportunity for all who supported the cause, to see what's been achieved.
Visitors will be able to view the public and clinical areas.
Thirty rooms in the unit have been sponsored by local firms and individuals, for sums between £600 and £50,000.
The unit opened in February.
Charity chairman Julie Stokes says they have created something really special for patients:
Sailings cancelled due to predicted gales
Have your say on the future of the Island's plantations
Warning for 'disorderly' parents attending schools
Yellow weather warning for gale force winds
New board members sought for abattoir
