As the Steam Packet prepares for its two busiest weeks of the year, its chief executive says he is confident that, as usual, his staff will rise to the challenge.
Mark Woodward says race fortnight is always important to the company, but itĀ provides a huge headache because it demands a level of service and commitment not see at other times.
