Noble's Hospital is focusing on patient safety this week as it takes part in a United Kingdom-based campaign.
Information is being distributed to medical professionals, visitors and patients as part of Patient Safety Week.
Patients' representative on the hospital's Patient Safety and Quality Forum Norman Dean, says it's about people taking responsibility for themselves (listen to audio file below):
