Health Minister has a 'strong message' to those who may be ineligible
The Island's health minister is warning residents not to attempt to obtain cannabis illegally.
It follows government's announcement that the intended rollout of medicinal cannabis is set to get underway on 1 December.
However, there's strict criteria in place which determines who would be eligible to be prescribed the drug.
