70-year-old appears at Douglas Courthouse
A pensioner from Lezayre has appeared in court accused of using an Apple Airtag to stalk his ex-partner.
Richard Leslie Callow is also accused of using provoking behaviour towards the woman.
The offences date between 9 September last year and 7 February this year.
The 70-year-old has been bailed, to an address in The Meadows in Kirk Michael, before a pre-trial review on 18 April.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 18 April the trial date was set for 16 June.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 20 August 2024 Callow, who had pleaded guilty to stalking and provoking behaviour, was handed a 22-week custodial sentence which has been suspended for 18-months. He was also handed a six-month restraining order.
