Cannan says recovery from 2017 bailout needs to be reassessed
The chief minister has admitted plans to keep Manx Utilities financially on track are "rapidly going out the window" and will need to be reassessed.
It comes as government plans to lend the authority up to £26 million to cap electricity prices until 31 March.
It's part of support measures to help people cope with the rising cost of living over winter.
