Two teenage girls who represented Cameroon at the recent Commonwealth Youth Games in the Isle of Man have gone missing in Manchester.
Balana Marie Michel (pictured, left) and Foumena Marie Gaelle, both 16, were due to fly home to Cameroon from the city's airport on Wednesday, but disappeared from Terminal 3 before their flight at 6.30pm that day.
Police in Manchester are asking anyone with any information about the girls' whereabouts to contact them.
The BBC has reported the girls were carrying black rucksacks bearing the Cameroon flag.
Police believe the girls walked off of their own free will, but they are extremely concerned for their welfare as they have little money and absolutely no one to turn to in the United Kingdom.
The games officially came to an end on Monday.
