Police and race organisers are requesting extra vigilance from spectators to the tampering of the safety barriers around the telegraph poles on the TT course.
It has come to the attention of race control that several of them have been removed or tampered with.
The safety barriers are there for the protection of the competitors and spectators alike.
Anyone tampering with these devices risks prosecution and the police request members of the public to report any sightings.
