They include restrictions on Mountain Road and A2 Coast Road
Police are urging residents and visitors to make sure they adhere to road rules in place across the Island during the Manx Grand Prix.
Cycling is prohibited on the Mountain Road until Wednesday, 31 August.
Pedestrians are not permitted on the TT Access Road and there are 50mph limits on the A2 Coast Road between Douglas and Ramsey.
