She says it would not benefit Island to follow UK's lead
While there are no plans for voters in the Isle of Man to have to produce identification at polling booths a local politician hopes that will remain the case.
New rules have been introduced in the United Kingdom where people going to the polls now have to show ID.
Rushen MHK, Michelle Haywood, thinks it would be wrong for the Island to follow suit:
