Reward for voluntary work at Abbotswood
A six-year-old girl from the Isle of Man received a BBC North West Tonight Christmas Star on the programme on Friday evening.
Poppy joins her mum Gill, who is a nurse at the Abbotswood Nursing Home in Ballasalla, to help look after the residents.
