Police say that damage to electrical wiring at a Manx shooting range may have been an attempt to sabotage an Easter event.
32 cables to the targets were cut at the Sinclair Range in St Johns. It happened sometime after 8 on Friday evening. It is assumed that whoever did the damage had some knowledge of what they were doing.
A 'scruffy' two tone people carrier was seen in the area at the time. Its number may have been something like EMN 352U and police would like to talk to the driver or owner to eliminate them from enquiries.
