An inquest into the death of a man who was found hanged at his home has been opened and adjourned.
The body of Nigel Alec Hammond, of Fuchsia Lane in Peel, was discovered by his daughter on December 4.
Mr Hammond was identified by his wife and a post mortem confirmed the cause of death was hanging.
The inquest was adjourned to a date to be fixed, so further inquiries could be carried out.
