A Rushen MHK is paying tribute to the Department of Local Government and Environment for its work in addressing the Isle of Man's housing shortage.
Quintin Gill (pictured) says the department deserves more praise for its efforts.
He also believes there are a number of different approaches to explore over the next few years:
