Anti-abortion demonstrator says they want intellectual debate
A pro-life activist has defended the decision to protest outside UCM, claiming they wanted to stem an intellectual debate on the matter.
Some students reacted with a counter-protest as the demonstration took place yesterday afternoon.
Legislation on the Island has been changed to allow women an abortion within the first 14 weeks of pregnancy.
