Juan Watterson gives verdict after King Charles declared Lord of Mann
The second proclamation of King Charles III on the Isle of Man signals a time of 'change and renewal'.
That's from Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson following yesterday's ceremony on Tynwald Hill in St John's.
The event saw members of the Island's parliament gather for the open-air sitting, where the new monarch was confirmed as Lord of Mann.
